Breaking Down the Neighborhoods – What You Really Need to Know:

Central O‘ahu – Mililani, Wahiawā, Waipio, Waikele

If your duty station is Schofield, this is your sweet spot.

  • Commute: Shortest drives to Schofield, reasonable to other bases
  • Lifestyle: Family-friendly, cooler temps, lots of military neighbors

    Extras: 30–40 minutes to beaches, easy enough for a weekend escape

South-Central Corridor – Aiea & Pearl City

Perfect for families stationed at JBPHH, Ft. Shafter, Tripler, or Camp Smith.
